Simple to make, but so scrumptious that everyone will be delighted.
Put them into a gorgeous little bag, tie with a colorful ribbon and you’ve got the „best present ever“.

Pralines for Christmas
1 cup / 170 gr dates, pitted
1/3 cup / 60 gr dried apricots
3/4 cup / 190 gr peanut butter
1 cup / 150 gr ground hazelnuts
¼ cup / 50 gr ground almonds
2/3 cup / 50 gr flaked coconut
½ cup / 60 gr powdered sugar
pinch of salt
3 T agave syrup
5 T water
3 T cocoa (optional)
1 cup /50 gr vegan chocolate, melted
powdered sugar to sprinkle over the pralines
Put all ingredients except chocolate, in a mixer or blender and process to fine crumbs, scraping the sides of the mixer or blender. Roll into smalll balls. Refrigerate at least one hour. Top with melted chocolate. Refrigerate until chocolate is firm. Turn over and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
