Hasselback potatoes and green asparagus

It's dinnertime once again and so I have chosen a simple dish-Hasselback potatoes and green asparagus. 

The potatoes are easy to make-just cut slices, but don't cut all the way through! They do take longer to bake than wedges, however, but not as long as baked potatoes.

A little olive oil or vegan butter drizzled over both and your finished! I love simple but tasty dishes, don't you?
